Job summary

Marks & Spencer in the UK seeks a Strategic Portfolio Analyst within Digital & Technology to help teams understand portfolio performance and deliver strategic priorities. You'll provide clear reporting and insight across delivery, costs, risks and value to help leaders make informed decisions.

Working as a trusted partner to Portfolio Managers and teams, you'll strengthen portfolio practices, improve transparency and identify opportunities to simplify and automate how performance is managed.

Qualifications

Experience in PMO or portfolio roles supporting multiple products or programmes.
Ability to analyse financial and performance data with Excel and Power BI.
Comfortable with Agile ways of working and portfolio tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Clear communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Analyse portfolio performance across delivery, costs, risks, dependencies and value.
Partner with Portfolio Managers, leadership teams and Finance to support planning and cost management.
Improve portfolio reporting by simplifying processes and increasing automation.
Coordinate governance activities, planning events and reporting forums.
Collaborate across teams to identify dependencies and risks.
