Job summary

Mott MacDonald seeks an experienced Digital PMO Lead to deliver complex digital and data-enabled assignments within project, programme and PMO environments. You will guide workstreams from discovery to handover, coaching colleagues, building client relationships, and shaping repeatable Digital PMO services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex digital, data, analytics or automation workstreams in PMO/consulting.
• Ability to provide high-level specialist advice and deliver quality outcomes.
• Experience supervising teams, coaching and delivering through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital and data workstreams with scope, priorities and risks.
• Design dashboards, data models, and automation to enable reporting and decision making.
• Engage senior stakeholders to define outcomes and agree delivery approaches.
• Build governance, data lineage, security and quality assurance around solutions.
• Coach junior staff and contribute to repeatable Digital PMO services.
