Job summary

ACS Performance in London seeks an experienced PMO Manager to own the organisation's change portfolio, ensuring governance and prioritisation aligned with strategic objectives. You will provide senior leadership with clear visibility of progress, resources, budgets, risks and benefits realisation.

This role involves building a scalable PMO function, coordinating acquisitions, and driving OKR and performance-management frameworks across an international network.

Qualifications

• Experience with recognised project-management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, APM or Agile).
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience establishing or improving project governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated view of the project and change portfolio, including milestones, status, risks and budgets.
• Develop and improve project-management methodologies, standards and governance.
• Establish and chair project and portfolio review forums with clear decision-making and escalation.
• Implement controls across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, issues and change.
• Track benefits realisation and challenge underperforming initiatives.
• Lead acquisition integration programmes and develop an OKR/performance framework.
