Job summary

Lanpro Group is seeking a PMO Integration Manager to lead the programme and post‑deal integration across the group, delivering structured governance and a clear, actionable plan. You will coordinate cross‑functional workstreams with senior leaders, track benefits and risks, and provide executive reporting to realise deal value and protect business continuity during change.

Qualifications

Significant experience in programme management, PMO leadership, transformation or complex change delivery.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, post‑merger integration or major organisational change is highly desirable.
Strong governance, dependency, risk/issue management and executive reporting skills.
Ability to work across multiple functions and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Establish and run the Integration Management for Group Mergers and Acquisition transactions, including governance, cadence, reporting and decision-making forums.
Build and maintain the master integration plan with clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and benefits.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across People, Finance, IT, legal, operations, marketing and Health and Safety.
Drive Day 1, Day 30, Day 100 and longer-term integration planning with readiness across people, process, systems and communications.
Track integration delivery against strategic objectives, synergy targets, budgets and benefits.
