Job summary

Foods Connected is seeking a PMO Analyst to build and shape a dedicated PMO function within a fast-growing SaaS delivery team. You will manage resourcing, support project planning, and govern risks and issues across the portfolio to keep delivery on track.

You'll own Kantata administration, develop dashboards, track budgets and milestones, and collaborate with sales and delivery leadership to translate pipeline into future resource requirements. Hybrid UK-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or delivery support role in SaaS or professional services.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; able to build dashboards from raw project data.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks (RAID, RAG status, change control).
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to chase actions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the PS resourcing plan, track capacity and allocation across live projects, and flag bottlenecks.
• Set up projects in Kantata and support the Project Manager with schedules and resourcing data.
• Translate pipeline into future resourcing needs with sales and delivery leadership.
• Own the RAID log process across the portfolio and escalate stalled risks.
• Monitor budgets against actuals and support forecasting and margin reporting.
• Build portfolio-level reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Own Kantata administration and improve templates and data consistency.
