Job summary
The Investigo Group is seeking an experienced PMO & Delivery Analyst to strengthen governance, reporting and delivery across the organisation. You will embed a consistent framework, align agile delivery with portfolio controls, and help mature the delivery capability while supporting smaller project delivery where appropriate.

Qualifications
- Experience with project governance and controls.
- Proven ability to support or operate RAID management.
- Ability to align Agile delivery with portfolio governance.
Responsibilities
- Embed and operate the project governance framework.
- Oversee evolving portfolio as multiple workstreams consolidate.
- Coordinate plans, milestones, dependencies and actions across teams.
- Ensure Agile projects are reflected in wider governance and reporting.
- Own RAID management across the portfolio.
- Produce clear reporting for sponsors and senior stakeholders.
- Support resource and capacity forecasting across projects and workstreams.
- Improve processes, templates and artefacts where needed.
- Work with Jira, Monday.com, spreadsheets, and MS 365.
