Qualifikationen

• PMO/process management experience.
• Account management or relationship management exposure.

Aufgaben

• Serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients and managing all client communications
• Negotiating and renewing contracts or agreements with existing and new clients
• Developing and executing account plans that align with client's business goals and company objectives
• Collaborating with internal teams (eg sales, marketing, operations, finance) to coordinate service delivery or product fulfilment
• Monitoring account budgets, expenditures and profitability, and explaining costs or invoicing to clients
• Tracking performance metrics (eg KPIs such as client retention, up-selling or satisfaction) and preparing account reports or updates for clients and management
• Identifying opportunities for account growth through up-selling, cross-selling or expanding services to meet client needs
• Resolving client issues, addressing concerns or complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining awareness of market trends and competitor activity to inform client proposals and company offerings
