Job summary

Tesco is seeking a customer-focused Product Manager to shape the enterprise strategy for delivery and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence and Miro. You will work across Tesco colleagues globally to stay connected, be efficient and add value for customers.

You will drive MVPs, run experiments, and lead discovery, working with delivery teams to prototype and validate features in a fast-moving environment. The role is based at Welwyn Garden City with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering world-beating products with agile methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
• Able to learn new product areas quickly.
• Proven ability to define hypotheses, MVPs and run experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own a product with internal/external stakeholders and drive strategy and execution.
• Engage with stakeholders and Senior Product Manager to form vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Understand user personas, customers and stakeholders and their pain points.
• Demonstrate features to audiences within and outside the product team.
• Document requirements for engineering using user stories and acceptance tests.
• Lead sprint/release planning to deliver maximum business value with minimal effort.
• Lead MVP discovery and prototyping with delivery teams.
• Present to Tesco Product areas and engineering capabilities.
• Drive data-driven decisions through experiments and analytics.
• Coordinate and resolve live product issues.
• Collaborate within a team to deliver value and put customers first.
