GXO Logistics is seeking a Planning Manager for the Entertainer site in Banbury to develop and execute the resource planning strategy. You will ensure the operation has the right people, in the right place, at the right time, collaborating with Operations, Finance, HR and senior stakeholders.
The role focuses on data-driven labour planning, forecasting and performance improvement across a growing contract. Monday–Friday, 07:30–16:00 with occasional flexibility.

We are looking for a Planning Manager to join our The Entertainer site in Banbury. You will play a pivotal role in supporting growth and operational excellence across The Entertainer contract. Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the resource planning strategy, ensuring the operation has the right people, in the right place, at the right time. Working closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and senior stakeholders, you'll use data-driven insights to optimise labour planning, drive efficiencies, and support business performance.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working predominately Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00. There will be a requirement to be flexible on occasion.
