We are seeking an experienced and proactive Employee Relations Manager to join our People Team, leaduing the delivery of a high-quality employee relations services across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and evolving healthcare business where people are central to our success. As a trusted specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our colleague experience, supporting leaders to manage people matters effectively, and ensuring fair, consistent and values-led approaches to employee relations across the business.
Working closely with People Partners, senior leaders and managers, you will provide expert advice on a broad range of complex employee relations matters, balancing colleague wellbeing, operation priorities and organisational risk. You will also use insight and data to identify trends, improve processes and strengthen management capability across the organisation.
The role offers the opportunity to influence people practices during a period of continued growth, supporting organisational change, embedding best practice and helping to create a positive, high-performing culture aligned to our values.
We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional who combines strong employment law knowledge with sound judgement, excellent stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach. You will be comfortable handling complex and sensitive cases, coaching leaders and driving continuous improvement across the employee relations function.
