Job summary

Prinova is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the Commercial Pipeline & Innovation opportunities, coordinating between Commercial, Product Development, and other functions. You will ensure accurate recording, progression through gate processes, and timely reporting.

The role also supports Innovation and new product development activities. The position offers hybrid working in Aylesford, Kent with 2-3 office days per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, and includes development

Qualifications

• Experience within FMCG, ingredients, food manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience managing data and reporting within business systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Previous experience with Salesforce (desirable).
• Power BI experience (desirable).
• Project Management experience or qualifications (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Salesforce Opportunity Management: Input, manage and maintain all manufacturing opportunities within Salesforce across Premixes, Flavoured Blends, and Contract Manufacturing.
• Opportunity & Gate Process Coordination: Monitor opportunities through defined gate stages; ensure actions, approvals and required information are completed at each stage.
• Reporting & Analysis: Produce monthly pipeline reports; maintain dashboards; analyse pipeline performance and trends.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key contact between Commercial teams, Product Development, the Innovation Project Lead, and external partners.
• Continuous Improvement & Team Support: Improve opportunity management processes and reporting; support governance tools and wider initiatives.
