Job summary

Prinova in Aylesford, Kent is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the Commercial Pipeline & Innovation. The role coordinates opportunities across Commercial, Product Development and other functions, providing governance, reporting and analysis to support decision-making.

You will also support Innovation and New Product Development activities, with a focus on data integrity, gate progression and timely reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, ingredients, food manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience managing data and reporting within business systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills; Salesforce experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Input, manage and maintain manufacturing opportunities in Salesforce across Premixes, Flavoured Blends, and Contract Manufacturing.
• Monitor opportunities through defined gate stages and ensure necessary actions and information are completed.
• Produce monthly pipeline reports and maintain dashboards; analyze pipeline performance.
• Act as a key contact between Commercial teams, Product Development and Innovation Project Lead; coordinate stakeholders.
• Support improvements to opportunity management processes and reporting; provide cover for key activities.
