Job summary

Drnewitt in Kent (Hybrid) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a busy commercial pipeline and innovation function. You will coordinate opportunities, maintain records, and deliver clear reporting to assist business decisions.

Working across Commercial, Product Development and wider teams, you will maintain project visibility and contribute to pipeline governance and BI reporting. This role offers hybrid working and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background in FMCG, food production, ingredients or similar sector.
• Experience with data administration and management reporting in business systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Excellent planning, organisation and coordination skills.
• Confident handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• CRM experience such as Salesforce would be advantageous.
• Power BI knowledge would be beneficial.
• Project coordination, project management experience or qualifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial opportunities and maintain CRM records across blends, premix solutions and contract manufacturing.
• Ensure opportunity records are complete, accurate and consistently maintained.
• Gather, verify and refresh opportunity information with commercial teams.
• Protect data accuracy and overall pipeline quality.
• Prepare regular pipeline reports for senior leadership and management teams.
• Maintain dashboards, summaries and supporting management information.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between Commercial, Product Development and Innovation.
