Job summary

The University of Salford is seeking a talented Philanthropy and Alumni Operations Manager to lead the systems, data and operational services that underpin fundraising and alumni engagement. You will drive CRM improvements, governance and reporting to support relationships with alumni and supporters worldwide.

This role focuses on delivering efficient operations, compliant processes and data-driven decision making, while leading a small specialist team and collaborating across the PASE function.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CRM systems or complex databases.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of process improvement and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of advancement services across the University.
• Manage CRM and advancement systems (Raiser's Edge NXT) and related data governance.
• Deliver reporting and insights to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee gift administration and associated financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and sector best practice.
• Lead and develop a small specialist operations team.
