Job summary

The University of Salford is seeking a Philanthropy and Alumni Operations Manager to lead the systems, data and fundraising operations across the university, enabling world-class alumni engagement.

You will manage CRM platforms including Raiser's Edge NXT, drive data governance and reporting, and develop a small operations team to support gifts and compliance. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on operational delivery across multiple campuses.
