Job summary

Crane ChemPharma & Energy (Saunders) seeks a visionary Product Manager / Business Line Manager to drive growth across Europe. Based in Cwmbran, UK, you will lead strategic initiatives, develop market analyses, and guide new product development to capitalize on regional investment plans.

You will steer cross-functional teams, optimize operational excellence, and build customer relationships while reporting to the Global Business Line Manager for Saunders Pharma.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering is required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum of three years of experience in business development of product management within a technical or engineered product environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual strategic and operations plan for the product lines in Europe.
• Develop and implement brand strategies for Saunders products in Europe.
• Lead strategic initiative execution.
• Manage the project lifecycle of new product launches in respective regions to achieve key business objectives.
• Interface with sales leadership, channels, and customers to determine annual sales plans, account management support, and provide product application, technical, and service support.
• Drive marketing efforts for portfolio, including brand/product communication and promotion plans.
• Define product line pricing, lead time, and profitability.
