Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a senior Client Services Leader to oversee multiple PR accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth across the agency. You will lead strategic and creative planning, manage cross-functional teams, and act as the principal client contact for senior leadership.

You will also guide financial management, foster new business opportunities, and be the ambassador for the company’s values while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Degree educated, ideally within a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading client service teams and driving satisfaction.
• Knowledge of pharma regulations (ABPI).
• Ability to manage budgets, finance and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management/delegation of tactical and administrative processes within client accounts.
• Maintain high levels of client service and expand agency business across PR and Syneos units.
• Lead day-to-day senior oversight on multiple accounts, guiding strategic and digital planning.
• Coach junior team members and manage account finances and resources.
• Ensure budgets are met and drive organic growth and cross-selling opportunities.
