Job summary

EPM Scientific in Luton is seeking a proactive Scientific Affairs Vendor Manager to drive supply chain partnerships across customers, CMOs and internal teams.

You will own end-to-end supply operations, manage forecasting and inventory, coordinate batch testing, and oversee logistics to ensure timely market supply. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across UK and Europe and strong analytical insight into sales, forecast and stock data.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience within UK and European pharmaceutical supply chains.
• Strong supply chain expertise spanning demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and supply continuity.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with customers, CMOs, and internal stakeholders as the key contact for supply chain activities.
• Own end-to-end supply operations, proactively resolving issues and driving performance.
• Manage forecasting, inventory, procurement, and ordering to ensure product availability.
• Oversee logistics and product flow between CMOs, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Coordinate batch testing and release activities to support timely market supply.
• Monitor orders, tenders, and business opportunities to ensure continuity of supply and service excellence.
