Drnewitt is seeking a Strategic Product Manager for Pharmaceutical Raw Materials to own a key portfolio across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions. The role sits at the intersection of purchasing, supplier management, and commercial strategy, driving product strategy, inventory optimization, and contracts with regional teams.

The ideal candidate has purchasing and sourcing experience in pharma, with strong commercial acumen and willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics.

Qualifications

• Purchasing, sourcing, supplier negotiation and contract management experience is essential.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate with key raw material suppliers; manage framework contracts and costs.
• Execute product purchasing and market strategies to hit gross profits; balance sourcing requests with portfolio growth.
• Analyse local market conditions, pricing trends and supply chain dynamics for strategic pharma products.
• Collaborate with regional sales channels and visit customers to support commercial growth with market insight.
• Ensure product availability, review supplier options, and maintain optimal stock levels.
