Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Data and Systems Manager to lead a centralised performance data team across the AW Region. You will manage systems, procurement information, and data analysis, delivering management information to plan, monitor, and control outputs.

Reporting to Alliance leadership, you will oversee standards for data capture, GDPR compliance, and reporting processes, collaborating with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions across the IMR Water Recycling Alliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical competence in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership of data migration on major ERP/SAP programmes.
• Recognised project/programme management qualification (PRINCE2/APM).
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a centralised performance data team and manage alliance systems.
• Develop and maintain best-for-task analytics and reporting across all five partners.
• Ensure master data management across the IMR WR Alliance for compliance and insights.
• Ensure GDPR compliance in data and reporting procedures.
• Capture and share data with the Cost Capture system (C55).
• Provide tailored, performance-focused reports for forums and steering groups.
• Collaborate across the organisation to align data decisions with strategy.
