Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Performance & Insight Business Partner on a hybrid basis (approx. 2 days in the office) in the United Kingdom. Salary £56,385.

This is a Fixed Term Contract to March 2027, with strong potential to become permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will shape strategic decisions through data, insight and research, bridging performance reporting, customer insight and strategic project delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in performance reporting, business intelligence, data analysis or insight roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders.
• Experience transforming complex data into actionable business insight.
• Experience delivering research projects, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive, outgoing and adaptable approach.
• Strong technical capability, including Excel and data visualisation tools.
• Experience with Power BI (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand performance, reporting and insight requirements
• Lead the production of performance dashboards, scorecards, reports and board-level briefings
• Analyse trends, risks, opportunities and performance against targets
• Translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations
• Lead customer research and insight projects, analysing both quantitative and qualitative feedback
• Manage relationships with external research providers and technology partners
• Support major business improvement projects, acting as the Performance & Insight representative
• Challenge and influence stakeholders constructively to drive improved performance
• Support regulatory reporting and data quality improvement initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations confidently to a wide range of audiences
