Job summary

REED Technology is seeking a Performance and Insight Business Partner to join a well-established organisation on a fixed-term contract through to March 2027, with the potential for permanence. You will deliver reporting, dashboards and analyses to support senior stakeholders in decision-making.

Based in Birmingham with hybrid work (2 days a week), you will translate data into actionable recommendations, contribute to service improvement and support regulatory reporting and data quality

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Performance Reporting, Business Intelligence, Insight or Data Analysis.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience producing dashboards and management information.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing or supporting analytical and research projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful dashboards, reports and performance scorecards.
• Analyse trends, KPIs and business performance data.
• Lead and support customer research initiatives.
• Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders and operational stakeholders.
• Support regulatory reporting and data quality initiatives.
• Contribute to service improvement and transformation projects.
