Egis, a leading global consulting, engineering and operating firm, is seeking a senior Business Planning & Performance Director to shape CPS's strategy and drive performance in a major infrastructure environment.

You will partner with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to deliver strategy, governance, risk management and continuous improvement, while ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience at senior leadership level in complex infrastructure or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver strategy, plans and priorities.
• Experience with executive governance, board reporting and assurance.
• Commercial awareness balancing outcomes with contractual obligations.

Responsabilités

• Lead CPS BP&P function and set long-term priorities.
• Provide strategic insight to MD, SLT and Board.
• Shape governance, risk and performance framework.
• Drive business transformation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with National Highways, JV partners and regulators.
