Job summary

Asda seeks a Fieldbased People Partner on the South Coast, based in Brighton, to be the trusted partner to a Senior Director. You will support the delivery of the people agenda across a significant business area, working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align people priorities with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strategic and operational people support to senior leaders.
• Delivery of people projects including transformation and operating model changes.
• Coaching and providing expert people advice to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Director and leadership to develop and execute people plans.
• Lead organisational design, operating model and change initiatives with engagement.
• Drive performance, talent and succession activities for high-performing teams.
• Provide coaching and expert people advice on a range of people matters.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Analyse people data and trends to support informed decisions.
• Collaborate with People Services and Centres of Excellence for a seamless experience.
• Support core HR activities, ensuring policy and employment law alignment.
• Champion continuous improvement and more effective ways of working.
• Support leadership in shaping culture, values and behaviours.
