Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Field-based People Partner for the South Coast, based in Bournemouth, to act as the trusted partner to a Senior Director. You will support delivery of the people agenda across a significant business area, combining strategic and operational HR leadership with change management and project delivery.

You will lead organisational design, performance and talent initiatives, coach leaders, analyse people data, and collaborate with People Services and Centres of Excellence

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business priorities.
• Lead organisational design and change initiatives with employee engagement.
• Drive performance, talent and succession activities to build capability.
• Provide coaching and expert advice on people matters.
• Analyse people data to identify risks and support decisions.
• Collaborate with People Services and Centres of Excellence for a seamless experience.
• Support core HR activities ensuring policy and employment law compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement across the People function.
• Support culture, values and behaviours at leadership level.
