Asda Stores Ltd invites applications for a Field People Partner to support the people agenda across a significant business area. You will partner with a Senior Director, delivering strategic and operational people support and leading projects across transformation, operating model changes, organisation design and talent initiatives.

This role blends strong partnering with change management and delivery expertise, including performance management, succession planning and building capability,

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Director and leadership team to develop and deliver people plans that support business performance and strategic priorities.
• Lead and support organisational design, operating model and change initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and colleague engagement.
• Drive performance, talent and succession activities, supporting leaders to build high-performing teams and future capability.
• Provide coaching, challenge and expert people advice to leaders on a range of people matters.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted and credible advisor.
• Analyse people data, trends and management information to provide insight, identify risks and support informed decision‑making.
• Work collaboratively with People Services, Centres of Excellence and business leaders to deliver a seamless people experience.
• Provide support on core HR activities, ensuring alignment with policy, process and employment legislation.
• Champion continuous improvement, simplification and more effective ways of working across the People function and wider business.
• Support leadership teams in driving the organisation's culture, values and behaviours.
