Job summary

PeopleCert Group in partnership with City & Guilds seeks an experienced Senior People Business Partner to join our People Team. This high impact HR role focuses on organisational development, talent, culture and transformation, partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people solutions aligned to business goals.

In a hybrid London- or Wakefield-area role, you’ll lead on strategy, coach executives, and drive inclusive leadership, change initiatives and risk mitigation while rolling up

Qualifications

• Proven strategic HR partnering experience at a senior level.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations and large-scale organisational change.
• Broad expertise across HR disciplines including organisational design, transformation, change management and culture development.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate business strategy into people solutions.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management with credibility to influence senior leaders.
• Proactive, pragmatic and collaborative approach with a delivery focus.
• High emotional intelligence and inclusive leadership commitment.
• Greek language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead on people strategy delivery for your business area, aligned to our overarching People and organisational priorities.
• Provide expert HR advice and coaching to senior leaders, embedding a high-performance and values-led culture.
• Lead key people initiatives including organisational design, talent management, and diversity, equity & inclusion.
• Identify and mitigate people-related risks while ensuring compliance with policy, legislation and best practice.
• Champion inclusive leadership and help shape a culture of belonging, wellbeing and purpose
