Job summary

Connells Group seeks a People Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to the Business Unit Senior Leadership team, providing coaching and guidance on People challenges and opportunities. You will collaborate with BU leaders to align the People plan with business strategy, support change initiatives, optimise processes, and lead the people workstream of Group projects.

The role requires diverse people expertise across multi-location teams, and a strong ability to influence and coach others

Qualifications

• Diverse industry experience with people generalist/partner background.
• Ability to influence and lead significant change.
• Strong coaching and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to BU Senior Leadership, guiding People challenges.
• Align People plan with business strategy and embed it across the unit.
• Lead the People workstream of Group projects, manage delivery and risks.
• Support People activity tied to business change and projects.
• Provide insights from MI trends and analysis to inform decisions.
• Model and promote company values through behaviours.
