Job summary
Techspace is seeking an experienced HR generalist to join as Senior People Partner. You will work directly with the CEO and Leadership Team to shape a high performing organisation, driving manager capability, retention, and fair handling of people issues.
You will lead HR policy, payroll, compliance, and HR analytics, leveraging AI for scalable processes while maintaining a human-centred approach across UK and Germany.
Qualifications
- 2+ years as HR Manager or Senior People Partner, operational and strategic delivery
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or customer-service oriented industries
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law; German law knowledge is a plus
- Experience with HRIS and HR analytics (Personio)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (German a plus)
Responsibilities
- Partner with Leadership Team to develop and continuously improve performance at individual, team and company levels
- Collect and act on periodic employee engagement surveys; implement action plans
- Deliver regular key people metrics reports to inform leadership decisions and improve employee experience
- Lead HR policy, compliance and employment law across UK and Germany
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, leave management and HR systems
