Movera is seeking a strategic People Partner who collaborates with senior leadership across a large Operations environment to shape workforce decisions and drive continuous improvement. This role emphasizes influence over HR delivery, data-driven insights, and scalable people strategies.

You will work with leaders to design organisations, map capabilities, and elevate leadership performance, enabling sustainable growth and a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic business partnering experience in fast-paced or complex environments.
• Experience supporting organisation design, team effectiveness and embedded change initiatives.
• Track record in strengthening leadership capability, talent mapping, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to enable strategic workforce decisions and align with business priorities.
• Collaborate on organisation design, role clarity, and capability mapping to build high-performing teams.
• Strengthen leadership effectiveness through coaching, feedback, and constructive challenge.
• Identify high-potential talent, map future capability needs, and support succession planning.
• Use workforce analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive engagement improvements.
• Lead change initiatives and implement joined-up People solutions with Learning, Talent and People Ops.
