Job summary

Marcura is evolving its HR partner model, embedding senior people-partnering within key business domains to deliver the Talent Strategy. You will bridge People Operations and Capability CoEs to drive workforce capability and value creation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRBP or senior people-partnering experience in Tech/FinTech.
• Proven track record in organisation design and capability build.
• Experience in multi-country or matrixed environments.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain people strategy and collaborate with CoEs and Talent Data teams.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning.
• Collaborate with Reward on pay and benefits.
• Advance the Employee Value Proposition.
