Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to blend strategic partnership with hands-on delivery across employee relations, change, workforce planning and inclusion.

You will partner with senior leaders, support investigations and policy interpretation, and guide managers through complex cases while promoting wellbeing, diversity, and a compliant, high-performing culture. Hybrid working across UK offices is available.

Qualifications

• Chartered CIPD qualification or equivalent (MCIPD).
• Experience in a generalist HR operational role, including global markets.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations casework.
• Experience supporting talent management, succession planning and reward programmes.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and HR communities.
• Identify and advise on employee relations issues, policy, and risk.
• Lead organisational change, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
• Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and data-driven HR insights.
• Ensure data protection and compliance with UK regulations.
