Clinical Partners is seeking an experienced People Partner to support the Consumer and Medication Management Business Units. The role focuses on enabling business performance through people strategies and solutions in a regulated healthcare environment.
You will partner with senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development and employee engagement, balancing long-term people plans with operational delivery.
Qualifications
- Significant experience as a People Partner/HRBP in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies for performance.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, org design, workforce planning and performance management.
- Experience in talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
- Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, performance management and employee engagement.
- Use people data and analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Lead organisational change initiatives with planning and communication.
