Job summary
Clinical Partners is seeking an experienced People Partner to support its Consumer and Medication Management Units. You will partner with senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, workforce planning and talent development in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.
You will use data analytics and strong stakeholder management to influence decisions, shaping people strategies that improve colleague experience and patient outcomes across the business.
Qualifications
- Experience as People Partner/HRBP in a complex organisation.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies for business performance.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, organisational design, workforce planning, change and performance management.
- Experience supporting talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Interpret and use workforce data and analytics to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills at all levels.
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance people priorities with business needs.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
- Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning and engagement.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities for action.
- Lead and support change initiatives with clear planning and communication.
- Coach leaders to enhance management capability and leadership effectiveness.
- Support succession planning and leadership development activities.
- Monitor employee relations, absence, engagement and performance, proposing proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, L&D and Clinical Workforce teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
- Contribute to projects improving colleague experience and organisational effectiveness.
