Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking a People Business Partner to partner with the Services leadership team in the UK and India. You will translate commercial priorities into a clear people strategy, lead organisational design, and drive workforce planning across a multi-disciplinary, dual-geography workforce.

You will shape capability, cost and future skills, embedding talent architecture and driving senior leadership talent discussions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a People Business Partner or HRBP in technology/consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner to Services leadership translating priorities into a clear people strategy.
• Lead organisational design and strategic workforce planning across a multi-disciplinary workforce.
• Own global workforce planning balancing capability, capacity, cost and utilisation.
• Embed talent architecture including job families, leveling and career pathways.
• Partner with leaders on talent, succession and performance to strengthen pipelines.
