Job summary

OneAdvanced, based in Birmingham, is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to shape organisational design and strategic workforce planning across our UK and global teams. You will partner with Services leadership to translate commercial priorities into actionable people strategies and drive AI-enabled organisational change.

You will play a pivotal role in embedding talent architecture, driving retention, and using data to influence business decisions while scaling the function to support

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a People Business Partner or HR Business Partner within technology, SaaS, or professional services.
• Proven ability to operate in a medium/large matrix and demonstrate end-to-end impact.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to the Services leadership team, translating commercial priorities into a clear people strategy.
• Lead organisational design and strategic workforce planning across a multi-disciplinary, dual-geography workforce.
• Lead strategic workforce planning across a global workforce, balancing capability, capacity, cost and utilisation.
• Embed our talent architecture—job families, leveling, capability frameworks and career pathways across technical, consulting and support roles.
• Partner with leaders on talent, succession and performance to strengthen pipelines for critical roles.
• Use people data and talent metrics to influence decisions and measure impact of the people strategy.
• Develop targeted engagement and retention strategies to reduce regretted attrition and improve the employee experience.
