Job summary

OneAdvanced is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to work with leaders to identify capability gaps and translate needs into practical development solutions. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in our Birmingham Mailbox office.

You will diagnose needs, design blended learning programmes, curate solutions from internal/external partners, and measure impact. Collaborating across the People function, you’ll align learning with talent priorities and

Qualifications

Experience as L&D Business Partner or similar consultative role.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate priorities into learning solutions.
Proven ability to diagnose needs and drive measurable impact through learning.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to understand strategic priorities and capability needs.
Conduct analysis to identify skills gaps and translate them into development plans.
Design and coordinate blended learning approaches to drive behaviour change.
Source learning solutions using internal/external resources and on-the-job development.
Measure learning effectiveness and link to business outcomes.
