Michael Page HR is seeking a People Business Partner to shape HR strategies for an engineering client in London. In a global, matrixed environment, you will provide expert HR support and guide employee relations and strategic initiatives.

The role is a permanent, London-based position with two days in the office and additional employer benefits. You will partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and organisational development.

Qualifications

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Job Offer
  • Salary ranging from £65,000 to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Permanent role based in London (2 days in office).
