Job summary

Saga plc is seeking a credible HR Business Partner to slot into a large matrix business and deliver the operational people agenda. You will partner leadership in Insurance, support HRIS project work, and drive a future-focused, people-led culture while ensuring policy alignment and colleague experience across the organisation.

The role sits in the People Partnership team on a 12-month FTC, with a hybrid working model predominantly from Folkestone and occasional travel to London.

Qualifications

• You will have already worked in a People / HR function, ideally for a large customer centric organisation and can demonstrate strong business acumen along with the following skills and experience.
• Excellent communications skills, able to challenge and influence across a fast paced environment.
• Confidence in stakeholder management skills, adapts well to business specialisms.
• Has previously worked across Project & Change Management.
• Can demonstrate good systems and people data skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation that is current and relevant.
• Knowledge of latest People trends and how strategic partnering is optimised.
• Ideally have CIPD level 5 or above.
