Job summary

Saga plc is seeking a credible People Business Partner to slot in quickly within a large matrix business model. You will partner with leadership, manage complex employee relations cases, and deliver the operational people agenda in line with policies and initiatives.

The role is a 12‑month FTC with hybrid working from Folkestone and home, with occasional travel to the London office. The salary ranges from £37,000 to £42,000 (DOE).

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner in a matrix organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ER case management.
• Ability to analyse people data and align with HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational people agenda aligned to initiatives and policies.
• Partner leadership in Insurance and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Support HRIS project; cover key resources.
• Analyse and leverage people data to enable growth.
