Qualifications

• Proven experience partnering a Manufacturing, Production, logistics or Supply Chain function is essential.
• Strong ability to translate people data into business insights.
• Experience supporting organisational change and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and implement people-focused activities aligned to strategic growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build organisational capability and a robust People Plan.
• Provide coaching and expertise on compensation, performance, career planning and recruitment.
• Deliver data-driven insights from HR reports to guide decision making and mitigate risks.
