Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience in HR advisory roles (HRBP/HR Advisor).
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using HR data to support decision-making.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing/retail is advantageous.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to deliver people initiatives aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law.
• Coach and support managers on performance, absence, conduct and development.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends, mitigate risks and support decisions.
• Support recruitment, talent development and succession planning activities.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and drive a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain and improve HR policies, processes and systems for compliance and efficiency.
• Support organisational change and continuous improvement projects.
