Job summary

M+C Saatchi is seeking a commercially focused People Partner to support Shared Services and UK Specialisms in London on a hybrid basis. The role reports to the UK Senior People Partner and involves working with Senior Leaders to implement the People strategy.

You will partner across Talent, ER, and People Operations, coaching leaders, managing performance, and contributing to wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Credible, commercial People Partner with ability to design and deliver a People plan aligned to business priorities.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and through transformation initiatives.
• Ability to adapt plans under commercial pressure and ambiguity.
• Build trusted relationships across HR topics including ER, Talent, Reward, and People Operations.
• Ability to articulate using data and insight to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Global People Strategy with UK alignment and local implementation.
• Provide proactive People counsel and share insights with leadership to drive decisions.
• Lead coaching conversations with senior managers to grow leadership capability.
• Own UK performance and talent management processes, including communications and calibration.
• Act as ER advisor, manage case tracking and escalation with UK Senior People Partner.
• Oversee onboarding delivery for Hello in the UK and support new joiners in early probation.
• Collaborate with People Operations to ensure HR processes and data accuracy across the function.
