Barclays is seeking a Pensions Business Change Manager to drive change across a high-profile transformation within a regulated environment in London. You will translate strategy into clear change narratives, build engagement with senior stakeholders and deliver compelling communications and executive materials.

You will manage multiple workstreams, guide governance and risk discussions, and ensure changes are embedded within the organisation through training and effective stakeholder management.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering business change within pensions environments.
• Change management and change impact assessment experience, translating strategy into practical change activity.
• Senior stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Experience developing change frameworks, stakeholder communications and executive-level materials.

Responsabilidades

• Manage change projects to meet scope, budget and quality standards.
• Develop and manage project plans with timelines and resource needs.
• Communicate progress to senior management, project teams and external partners.
• Lead project teams and ensure proper resourcing and skills.
• Manage project budgets and create progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication.
