Job summary

Bayes Business School is seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen corporate engagement and commercial partnerships. Based within Academic Operations, the role will identify and develop opportunities aligned with the School’s strategic priorities, including executive education, research collaboration, sponsorship and student recruitment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in executive education, HE or a Business School environment is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of B2B business development, sales and partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate relationships to generate student recruitment opportunities.
• Build a structured corporate pipeline, plan outreach and maintain records.
• Engage senior HR, Talent and Learning stakeholders and represent the School externally.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and collaborate with academic, recruitment, admissions and marketing teams.
