Job summary

Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to lead strategic relationships across Gloucestershire, the South West, and Wales. The role focuses on engaging commissioners, local authorities, NHS partners, and other stakeholders to grow Learning Disabilities and Mental Health services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning Disabilities or Mental Health sector preferred.
• Strong understanding of Local Authority and NHS commissioning.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Local Authorities, NHS commissioners and other stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business and service opportunities across LD and MH sectors.
• Support mobilisation of new packages and contracts and growth of existing services.
• Understand commissioning priorities and tailor services to meet local needs.
• Collaborate with operational teams and senior management to deliver regional growth.
