• Experience engaging with Local Authorities and ICBs.
• Track record in winning referrals and opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate referral pipelines across adult social care and supported living.
• Build strong relationships with Local Authorities and ICBs.
• Identify market opportunities and service development needs.
• Support referrals from inquiry to delivery.
• Contribute to tender and framework opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational and finance teams.
• Manage pipeline activity against KPIs.
