Job summary

NHS Wales Performance & Improvement seeks a Learning Disability Senior Improvement Manager to lead transformation of learning disability services across Wales. This secondment role collaborates with health, social care and partners to deliver improvements and accountable outcomes for individuals, families and carers.

You will work across organisations to deliver integrated services, community-based care, and measurable improvements, with a strong emphasis on co-production.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent at senior management/clinical level.
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Advanced specialist vocational courses (e.g., PRINCE2, PGCE, Leadership and management, AMHP).
• Project/programme management qualification or equivalent experience in leading programme/projects with demonstrable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement programmes across health, social care and partner organisations.
• Work with local authorities, health boards and Welsh Government to drive change.
• Promote co-production and improvements in outcomes for people with learning disabilities.
