Job summary

Unipart is seeking a Field-based Partnership and Stakeholder Relations Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships and high-profile corporate events. You will liaise with the CEO/ELT and manage external stakeholder relationships while developing communication strategies and measurable KPIs.

The role requires strong writing, planning and interpersonal skills, with a commercial mindset and experience in marketing/communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing or communications role with stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders including C-suite.
• Strong planning, organising and time management skills; experience using AI tools to support efficiency.
• Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies, briefing notes and outreach plans for high-profile events and leadership interactions.
• Strong commercial acumen and interest in Unipart's growth strategy; ability to identify and cultivate partnerships and membership opportunities.
• Proactive self-starter with excellent writing ability and attention to detail; able to prioritise multiple workstreams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, influence and reputation through strategic partnerships, high-level stakeholder and customer engagement, and key corporate events.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with corporate entities and industry bodies; create a partnership roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Act as primary liaison for the CEO and ELT in managing relationships with key external stakeholders, customers and membership bodies.
• Develop and execute communication strategies, briefing notes and outreach plans to support executive interactions and high-profile events.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to track effectiveness of partnerships and events; report outcomes, risks and opportunities to leadership.
