Job summary

Unipart seeks a Field-based Partnership and Stakeholder Relations Manager to develop strategic partnerships and manage executive stakeholder relationships, including high-profile corporate events. You will drive growth, engagement, and the company’s market reputation through effective communication and outreach.

You will liaise with the CEO and ELT, craft briefing notes, and implement metrics to measure success.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or communications with stakeholder engagement and partnership management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for senior stakeholders including C-suite.
• Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills; experience using AI tools to support efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, influence, and reputation through strategic partnerships, high-level stakeholder and customer engagement, and key corporate events.
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate entities and industry organisations; create a partnership roadmap.
• Act as primary liaison for the CEO and ELT in managing relationships with external stakeholders, customers, and membership bodies.
• Develop and execute communication strategies, briefing notes, and outreach plans to support executive interactions and high-profile events.
• Establish KPIs to track partnership and event effectiveness; report outcomes, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
